Common questions

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions run through PayPal and can be cancelled anytime under PayPal's automatic payments. Benefits continue to the end of the paid period; no further charges.

Do I get receipts?

PayPal emails a receipt for every payment, and the in-app billing page itemizes every credit deduction.

Why do you publish hit rates — including losing ones?

Because a track record you can't verify is just marketing. Calls are pre-registered, auto-settled at expiry, and failures are never deleted — the ledger's root hash is recomputable by anyone. You're paying for tooling and an auditable research process, not for tips or a "sure win".

AuroraTally is a research tool; output is for research reference only and is not investment advice. Markets involve risk — make investment decisions independently. Subscription and credit fees pay for tooling services and are unrelated to investment results; no return of any kind is promised. Past performance does not predict future results.
